Chicken Honey

Ingredients:
whole chicken
hoisin sauce
honey
brown sugar
soy sauce
white vinegar
rice wine
salt
pepper
water
oil
Directions: clean the chicken, in a big pot put the all ingredients except oil. Bring to boil and add the chicken, reduce the heat and simmer until chicken is tender. Drain the chicken and set aside the suace. Fill a pan with screen or frying french frize and put some oil.
